Anonymous asked: for the anon who is 15 and cant have a vegan lifestyle? why not? Im 15, work 6 days a week, study 4 days a week and I manage.
Sometimes it’s difficult for people to maintain a veg*n lifestyle. I know people who can’t afford it and/or their family doesn’t support them. It’s trying that counts.
Anonymous asked: Hi, I'm starting a vegetarian diet. I can't eat muffins right? Or bread?
Whatever you decide to cut out of your diet will determine that.
Vegans typically don’t eat any eggs/dairy/gelatin/meat, so sometimes food like that can contain products that go against their diet.
If you’re thinking of being vegetarian though, specifically lacto-ovo (which several people I know and myself are), then usually bread/muffins/etc. are okay, because you still consume eggs and dairy.
For the anon who isn’t sure what they are considered, vegan-wise…
“I follow a vegan diet but can’t really make vegan lifestyle choices yet cause I’m 15..what does that make me?”
Any body have an answer for our anon?

I honestly would still consider you a vegan if you’re not eating/drinking anything that contains animal products, but maybe there’s another name for this type of vegan. I’ll post a question for you, to see what other veg*ns think.
